Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Domestic Ground. We try to ship all orders within 48 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. - Returns & Replacements

General Returns Policy:
Individuals have 30 (30) days from the date of purchase to return items in saleable condition. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method or insured Parcel Post.

Our Warranty Program:
The Online Fly Shop offers our clients an enhanced warranty program. This program utilizes the manufacturers standard warranty and extends it by offering a free return service. You simply return the item to us and we 'll take care of the rest. No need to request Authorization Numbers from the manufacturer or trying to find the address for warraties. We simply take care of it for you.
